Again, the Indiana General Assembly makes clear that we will be one of, if not the most, gun friendly states in the nation. Some here in the Hoosier State don't realize just how good we have it when compared to other states.

Now all they have to do is start holding classes in the parking lot.
Me thinks they'll need more parking.

America...a Constitutional Republic. NOT a democracy as the liberals would have us believe.
I can't stand all the whining taking place about this bill by "educators". I am a law abiding citizen with a legal carry permit. Allowing me to lock my firearm in my vehicle while I attend my childrens' school events (without making me a felon!) is just common sense. Hit the comment page!

I believe many states already allow firearms in school parking lots, even here in Colorado it is allowed.
Great news for my son and his family...mom and dad both carry!

Glad to see this pass for Indiana. I'm preaching to the choir, but the fact that only law abiding citizens will lock their gun in the car in the first place shows how ridiculous "gun free zones" really are.
