    2 Shootings in Michigan

There were two shootings in Michigan, in the Detroit area, that will surely serve as a gun-ban battle cry.

The shooting at the Midland High School,

The shooting at the Probation Office,

In both cases, it appears that the shooters were not lawfully entitled to possess firearms, yet they did just that. What gun laws could have been passed to stop either of these killers from their actions? None. All the gun laws are already in place, and these two criminals chose to violate the existing laws.

The shooter had two (2) AK 47's...?...great, now more fodder for another ban...
Detroit has to be the most unfriendly placed to be stopped with a CCW...be careful...the LEO's are not very nice...
You may very well have your 'legal' firearm kept for a while...to check it out...
When I'm in the area...I stay out of Detroit...not much worth seeing/doing in that place anyway...not a nice town...OMO

No disrespect intended to those who may like the living within the city limits...

<sigh> - yep - probably a guaranteed ''more laws needed'' spin to follow this Less logic, more gut emotion .........

All legal guns could have been banned but it would not have prevented this crap.
