Do you belong to a Gun Rights Association?
I assume everyone in this forum is pro gun.
I assume everyone in this forum believe that the 2nd Amendment is an INDIVIDUAL RIGHT.
So how many of you belong to some sort of Gun Rights Association.
If not why not?
The ones I am familiar with are:
National Rifle Association http://www.nra.org
Gun Owners of America http://www.gunowners.org/
American Gun Association http://www.americangunassociation.com/
If you know of more national organizations let us all know.
There are also State Associations like:
Texas Rifle Association http://www.tsra.com/
Illinois Rifle Association http://www.isra.org/ (who has a real uphill battle)

If it is not in the US Constitution then the Federal Government should not be doing it.

I selected other. I am currently a member of USCCA United States Concealed Carry Assn http://www.usconcealedcarry.com/index.cfm?affID=uscca . Although they are still a small organization I believe they will have a big voice in the not to distant future.
I believe I will also join the JPFO Jews for the Perservation of Fierarms Ownership http://www.jpfo.org/

I am a member of the NRA.
I am also a member of GCO(www.georgiacarry.org) which is a grassroots organization devoted to reforming Georgia's messed up concealed carry laws. As stated by their mission statement they are a "citizens advocacy group working toward the reform of Georgia's poorly written, overly restrictive, ignored by the courts gun laws." Georgia laws are not as gun friendly as many of you guys on here think! I urge all Georgia members of CombatCarry to join this organization.
I am joining IDPA so I can continue shooting these wonderful matches!

Membership in National Rifle Association and Virginia Shooting Sports Association were required to joint my rifle club, but I was already NRA. The Virginia Citizens Defense League is one I joined later because I appreciate their tireless grassroots lobbying and activism for gun freedoms and new pro-gun laws.

State: Unified Sportsmen of FL. (Marian Hammer's group) plus several conservation and hunting organizations who also lobby on gun rights issues.

One of the best organizations out there besides the NRA and the GOA has not been mentioned...
JPFO
I am not Jewish and I am a member. They take a hard-line stance, closer to the GOA, when it comes to 2nd Amendment Rights.

You asked the question " Do you belong to a Gun Rights Association"? There was'nt a place to vote "no". Is it assumed that everyone is a member of something? I have only recently become interested in guns. Ive had one all my life for protection in the home, but rarely shot it. I bet there was a 10 year span where I never shot a gun.
I know many on here are going to GASP, but I always looked at the NRA as extreme. Ive always shy'd away from extremest groups even if I was for the cause. Maybe it was the "from my cold dead hands thing". I do believe some wont admit they arent a member on here. Since educating myself on guns, I do feel different about it. I also know that alot of these laws wouldnt be passed if it werent for the NRA. I also believe in supporting the cause ,so now I may become a member.

Me and my whole family belong to 5 organizations.
They are:
1. NRA
2. GOA
3. Second Amendment Sisters
4. Tennessee Firearms Association
5. USCCA United States Concealed Carry Association
We have the bases pretty well covered. I also belong to several email lists that keep me up to date on the gun rights issues.
