    Castle Doctrine passed in No Dak

    While the bill passing the Castle Doctrine in North Dakota wasn't as strong as I would have liked (some really weird restrictions and seams like little change), at least I don't have to retreat in my own dwelling and, God forbid anything happen, anyone defending themselves would be shielded from civil suits,

    Our bill is tied up in committee. The Dems. won't let it out so I am not holding out much hope for it this session.
