Now, we must all fear evil men. But there is another kind of evil which we must fear most, and that is the indifference of good men.

Turns out the place was condemed...and he has been refused a jury hearing on the matter.

Does not matter if he was right or wrong, they needed to get a warrant. Murderers and Rapist have gotten off on such charges, why not this guy?

The officer said he didn't "think" the woman was breaking any laws, BUT, are there no laws in this state which would allow a property owner to place a trespasser under citizen's arrest? Here in California you have a right to. I would have. Or at least tried to.

Nothing was done wrong? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

    So soon it will be:

Govt: Sir you bought too many boxes of .45 ammo at Walmart on your credit card. I am here with homeland security and we are going to have to search your property and premises as we feel your purchases profile you as a domestic terrorist.

You: Do you have a warrant? how can you just come on my property?

Govt: If you did nothing wrong you shouldn't have anything to worry about ( sound farmiliar?). We don't need a warrant we are the health depart.... errrr homeland security.

Same precedence. He was doing NOTHING that was endangering anyone nor was he in the coimission of a felony yet government officials came on his property and did what they wanted.

If you don't like your constitutional rights that is your business.

Since this has swerved off topic and the current topic is no longer a 2A issue. So I will close this thread and you can continue at the link above
