IIRC wasn't the miller decsion about SBR's and Sawed of shotguns "having no Militia or Military value?"

So doesn't that mean that since an M16 F/A or a 249 golf or bravo doesn't meet the criteria of the miller decsion. They have military value.

Its seems that their interpreting this as "ALL guns" not just as SBR and Sawed off shotguns. Do they know what NFA means? \

These people have repeatedly shown that the only way they can push their agenda is to use emotion. Cold, hard facts don't support their side, they've got nothing else.

I really wish someone who followed their advice and, being defenseless, was injured would try suing them. But, alas, that would go both ways.

No surprise there. If they actually held to Miller, that would imply that a true F/A M4 is protected (and the GCA of 68 and 86 are unconstitutional). Instead, they twist the Miller ruling into meaning that only people in military service are protected by the 2A, which was never addressed.

Par for the course, as far as I'm concerned. All I can do about it is educate as many people I can about the real meaning of Miller.

For anyone interested, I highly recommend reading up on the 4 major gun control laws in our country (plus the now defunct AWB). It's revealing, to say the least.
