Thanks for the heads-up. It's a dangerously worded poll, BTW, for anyone who knows the posture of the case: it asks if the SCt should uphold or overturn the DC gun ban. Of course, the DC Cir. has already overturned the gun ban; the Q before the SCt is whether to uphold or overturn the DC Cir's ruling.
Anyway, be careful how you answer.
Shot-placement is king. Adequate penetration is queen. Everything else is angels dancing on the heads of pins.

Erich - I see what you mean. Since it does ask if you want to see SCOTUS uphold or overturn the DC gun ban - I'm thinking we should vote to overturn the gun ban. If it had indicated upholding or overturning the lower courts ruling, then upholding would be the right answer.

Unfortunately SCOTUS could care less what public opinion is but I voted anyway.

But Erich is right, we want the SCOTUS to confirm the decision of the lower court.
