    +1 on that!
When the messenger arrives and says 'Don't shoot the messenger,' it's a good idea to be prepared to shoot the messenger, just in case.

He makes it sound pretty logical...
I lived in MI for most of my working life...we didn't have many politicians who thought about anything other than getting re-elected...actually, it's that pattern about everywhere.

I hope that SCOTUS fixes this problem for a final time.

Yes. What I like is the explicitness of the position he is taking as an Attorney General for what can be described as a large liberal leaning state.

Amazing!! Someone in office that understands plain english. We can only hope & pray that the justices will understand it the same way. At least Mr. Cox had the courage to make his iterpretation known. Good for him.
The situation will NEVER BE THE WAY YOU WANT, it WILL BE THE WAY IT IS. You must be FLEXIBLE ENOUGH TO ADAPT and just "DEAL WITH IT".

And here I am thinking that all hope is gone for Michigan public servants. Mr. Cox, should I ever meet you in public I will happily buy you a beverage of your choice and offer my services for your campaign.

And I thought I was the only one who wondered why reading the second amendment wasnt as easy as black and white...

There it is spelled out for all who had any questions. Nice!

Who wants to take a bet that he told the youngest guy in the office "I want an article that supports the second amendment on my desk ASAP. Get me a coffee and write like your job grant depends on it...because it does"?
