    What does it mean?

If you are still confused about the meaning of the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, check out the following....
    The Unabridged Second Amendment.
This is the best scholarly interpretation I have ever read.
I am also sure many of you have seen and read this before me.

Never been confused about that, but thanks for the link I might convey to others. It's rather plain and simple isn't it?

Great article. One of many that interpret 2A as most of you (if not all) and I do.

Where does that leave us with respect to the conclusions? Are we condoning civil disobedience? Do we acquire, hold, train with, and use what arms we wish to? By any means necessary? Are we reasonably expected to be exonerated when refusing to honor restrictive laws proposed and passed by our local, state and federal governments?

What do you and I DO ABOUT the conclusions with which most of us agree? Discuss.

Currently I comply with all Local, State and Federal Statutes. I also email my elected representatives in OKC and D.C. I am hoping that the Supreme Court goes correctly. I also talk to everyone I know about the 2nd Amendment and its importance to our society and its interconnection with all other Rights.

What's funny is that the good professor taught at USC. Must be old school. Noone out of that place today would likely take that view.

This has been posted like three times, last year.
    But agreed it is good.
