    But don't just start stocking up on gear. Hammer your reps and senators. Keep this thing as far away from the next president's desk as possible, because the candidates from either party, just like the current lame duck, would sign it.

    N.O. is a socialist welfare city, its the exception not the norm for a southern city.....Thats why I live in S.C. Several our local law enforcement officials have stated that they will not participate in ANY type of federal gun confiscation from law abiding citizens what so ever.

    Also how would they outlaw transfers between individuals in the first place when they can't prove the date that the transaction actually happened, and with all the surplus military high cap mags out there how would you control the transfer of those?

    so technicaly under us v miller machineguns and SBR's are protected under the militia clause. i wonder if anyone in the country would try to push that.
