    Thanks for posting that, I read the transcript of the arguments (interesting reading to say the least) but that is a pretty good summary for those that don't want to read 80+ pages.

    Wow

    That was an excellent read. The author is clearly extremely well versed and knows the constitution inside and out, especially the Second. I have never heard it explained so well. I'm with him.

    Very excellent. I love reading the arguments but this is one I'm going to copy for my students.
