    Clinton outlines anti-crime plan

Didn't know where to put this one, so mods please move if you want to.
So here's an article that should be no surprise to anyone on this forum. Hillary's crime plan. To me her plan sounds like this. Decriminalize drugs and criminalize gun ownership. If there is any doubt about her plans, you don't have to read the whole article, just read the last paragraph.

"Other provisions would target identity theft and online child exploitation. Clinton also renewed her call for reinstating the assault weapons ban, which expired in 2004."

What a great plan. Gee, let out all the "non violent" offenders. What do those "non violent" offenders do when they run out of drug money? Yes, you guessed it - robbery, burglary, etc... Remember, they will ban our guns "for the children". Oh, and how'd that "assault" weapons ban do? It didn't reduce crime one bit. It's a proven fact, criminals do not follow the law. And, true "assault weapons" have been illegal for quite some time, we didn't need an additional law to make it more illegal.

Her Thighness is no friend to gun owners...her ideas about crime would work quite wel.l...for anyone with a $40K/day bodyguard service...

Saaaayyyy.....aren't most of the "gun crimes" that people are in FEDERAL PRISON for "non-violent" crimes?

I mean, if possessing or selling one thing (without the actual use of violence) is a "non-violent" crime, then wouldn't it stand to reason that possessing or selling ANOTHER thing (without the actual use of violence) would ALSO be a "non-violent" crime?

Wait....I forgot.....we're not dealing with LOGIC here.....

There's also a $4 Billion price tag on this. Add that to the $X-Hundred Billion she's already planned to spend and we'll all have to become common criminals just to eat. She doesn't seem to realize that no matter who gets taxed, the regular people pay for the government and not all of us are pulling in the kind of money she and her friends do.

The assault weapons ban has such a good track record of reducing crime. Geeeez. Just amazes me. The ban is nothing more than a feel good law. I find it hard to believe that anyone in such a position REALLY believes it works.

In the places where crime is the highest(the big cities),those are where the gun laws are the most severe,so these Libs blame neighboring states or counties with less restrictions for the problems.BUT, those neighboring areas don't have the crime problem the urban areas do(For example-take DC and Nothern VA-not even close).
So what they're saying is the people in the urban areas are irresponsible, can't control themselves, will kill others if they get their hands on a gun.
Once again, the Lib motto, it's someone else's fault!
"The right of the whole people, old and young, men, women and boys, and not militia only, to keep and bear arms of every description, not such merely as are used by the militia, shall not be infringed, curtailed, or broken in upon, in the smallest degree..."

It's all about control. Something the founding fathers did not want the federal gov't to be able to do.

That's a prayer, not a plan. Didn't work very well last time around. Isn't working too fabulously in a few other countries we could speak of. Isn't likely to be any different if her lordship gets her way this time. I'd like to think more members of congress simply aren't that stupid, now, but I fear that's wishful thinking.
