How is it that UncleTed became a 'law enforcement agent', and is a constable as well in Texas?
Seriously I'm having trouble getting accepted into my local town citizen police academy programs. I've been rejected from 2 town programs because of being a non-resident and the third had limited space & funding and only accepted a reporter, an elderly couple, and a couple others.
I went to my town PD to ask about an auxiliary police program and I was told "We only hire career officers", even as it's been all over the local paper about how they are understaffed and suffering from deep budget cuts along with retirement induced attrition.
Who do I have to write or come visit, in Texas, to become a constable as well and thus be eligible for same powers and abilities as Uncle Ted.
BTW I don't own a camo shirt with ripped off sleeves but if that is a required piece of their uniform then Dick's isn't too far from me.

Probably doesn't hurt that he's a neighbor of Pres. G.W. Bush outside of Crawford.
Aside from that, he's a very strong advocate of guns and the 2nd Amendment and does a huge amount of charity work (hunting and hunting/weapon safety) with kids that I believe include disadvantaged kids.
It also might make a difference that he's in the Great State of Texas where as you're having to deal with (Maryland ?) a liberal state in the NE.
Best of luck though. I'm sure you'd be an asset to them if they weren't so closeminded.

IIRC, Uncle Ted is a reserve deputy sheriff up in Michigan somewhere.

His spitting on the camera lens during such tirades doesn't help the cause. Otherwise, the words he speaks are spot on.

Ted is right-spot-on and maybe it's time we got "spitting mad". As I understand it from the morning news, in Miami Fl, Spanish is now the dominate language and on a recent trip to Houston they have streets signs with Vietnamese, Spanish, and Farsi depending on the part of town or community you're going through....think about it

That was my favorite part too! This guy is just awesome, and I think he should run for governor, or congress or something! Definitely would vote him in.The camouflaged message in his hand was great!
