Hey man.... uh... you got some ?
    Yeah man... whicha need ?
    100 ... .357's ?
    Sure, $50 man
    .

Or they could smuggle it in from Mexico... obviously they can't stop anything coming in from there. Illegals crossing the border with boxes of ammo for sale.

It's a case that will go to the courts.... then the Supreme Court... and will be nullified.

Without getting into a political debate. Just keep this story in mind when you need to decide if you're going to vote for the lesser of two evils or not.

Because with the Lib Left in control of the House and Senate and a Lib Left in the White House...as goes California so will go the remainder of the U.S. - with the exception of Montana which will pull out of the Union if the 2nd A is messed with and Montana will become their own country.
Just in case you have not heard that on the news.
Montana sez you can yank one star off the American flag should the second amendment get tampered with.
It's in their original agreement when they joined the union.
I'm thinking about buying some property in Montana.

    It's not just Montana, QK...
There are two sides to every issue: one side is right and the other is wrong, but the middle is always evil.

Look on the bright side, In Spain if you have a pistol (registered of course) you can only have 50 rounds a year and in order to buy more ammo you have to turn in the empty cases.

A quick question, If the SCOTUS decision comes down saying that the 2A is an individual Right, and the militia is the people, how could you restrict training?
GUN CONTROL= I WANT TO BE THE ONE IN CONTROL OF THE GUN

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

California would be taken to court .... for "restricting it's use and ability to function " without ammo. In essence, it would be saying California was trying to keep me from having a "functional and usable " gun.

Why does this even matter? Who's gonna know if your uncle comes over to your house and you give him 4 boxes of rounds for his range visit later that day? It's not like the bill will limit how much ammo we can buy at a vendor, which would be a problem.

I read the bill in full and it seems to me that while it does include some ridiculous processes and procedures, it's mainly aimed at ammo vendors. I just think it's asinine to have to "register" to buy ammo and give a thumb print and all that, how is that gonna stop the BG's from doing what they do?

Furthermore, there is nothing in the bill that says we can only buy 50 rounds a month. What it does say is: "This bill would require that commencing July 1, 2009, unless specifically excluded, no person shall sell or transfer more than 50
rounds of handgun ammunition in any month unless they are registered as a handgun ammunition vendor, as defined." We can buy as much as we want, that's not being changed.
