Kathy Lanier, DC's Police Chief said that her interpretation of the Supreme Court ruling would allow DC to continue to ban ALL semi-automatic hand guns.

If you want to register a handgun in DC, it will be a revolver.

They will make it as hard as they can for law abiding citizens to meet the requirements to register a handgun.

It is lawless and in potential contempt. Maybe Mr. Scalia should
open carry a 1911 through the streets of DC just to see if they will get the message.
