"The office staff felt that Razzano's behavior was disruptive and threatening," said Lt. Kevin Smith, a police spokesman.

Razzano's home was raided the next morning.
Yeah, somethings not quite right here.

I know so I guess there is a NEW law that says if the COPS FEEL like you're disruptive and threatening they can search your house confiscate your guns. Awesome, I can't wait to see when his defense attorney says. Your Honor may I ask again why am I here representing my client? And also would like to ask your honor since when do congress women have the power to have an individuals house illegally searched and have their property confiscated? Just curious because I don't remember that being on the NY Bar exam?

I guess when you use the first amendment rights they take away the second amendment rights I hope they find the raid was illegal and without merit and that he wins big

If it's in the New York Post, and they mention Nassau, New Yorkers assume that they mean Nassau County.

And just in passing, this little tidbit: Since I live in Upstate New York, and am legally allowed to carry in ANY county (except NY City), and I need to drive to Nassau County, I must stop my car before I get into the NY City limits, put away my gun in a locked box, keep the ammo separate in another box, drive through the city, then as soon as I cross from Queens County into Nassau County, I have to stop the car again and redo my entire setup. Fun and games.

Not enough details about what the warrant was for. It does sound like she cried "Witch!" and her minions went about the burn-at-the-stake test.

Too bad the good 'ol days are gone where we could cry "Communist" and have her hauled off.
