Something tells me they will be asking for ID and if gun is stolen or ballistics check comes back linking it to a homicide you will be getting a visit from the popo, only gun i would turn in is if i go buy a buncha cobra and jennings 22 or 25 for 25 - $50 a pop then resale fer a profit

The sad thing with these gun turn-ins are the historical or valuable pieces that are in the hands of an old widow, who sees the $75 as a great trade. Military prizes and expensive old hunting guns are being given away, only to be melted down.

No, there's usually amnesty for these things because it "gets guns off of the street." That's much more important than getting criminals off the street [/sarcasm].

Wish I lived there. I'd go out and by all the b-b guns I could find, and turn them in. Since you can pick up the cheaper ones for about $35.00 that's a nice little profit. Not to mention you just screwed the anti's.

You're right, these turn in's usually have a "no questions asked" policy.
