    I may be wrong, but look at the url in your address bar when you go to the link. As I read the url, it indicates this poll is from November, 2007 which would explain the high number of votes.

    ALL answers should be no, but I'm smart enough to know what they're looking for so I answered yes. It's a poorly written question. The Second Amendment doesn't give you anything. If the Second Amendment gives you rights, all they have to do is rewrite the Constitution and your rights become null and void.

    Still 97%. I figure one would have to pretty much be a (descriptive word goes here) to vote no. But you know polls....can't ever be a sweeping 100% RIGHT?
