Today in the Senate Courts of Justice committee, the following bills were passed out of committee:

SB 1384, Senator Stolle, repeals the Virginia law that requires police
to enforce the federal silencer registration laws. The repeal makes
perfect sense as Virginia law enforcement cannot get the silencer
registration information for the Internal Revenue Service to enforce it.

The bill passed by 11 to 4.

Senators voting pro-gun (note that even Senator Saslaw supports this repeal):

Saslaw, Stolle, Quayle, Norment, Edwards, Reynolds, Cuccinelli,
Obenshain, McDougle, Deeds, Hurt

Senators voting anti-gun:

Marsh, Howell, Lucas, Puller

-

SB 1528, Senator Cuccinelli, clarifies that on-line training for a
concealed handgun permit is acceptable.

The bill passed by 11 to 4.

Senators voting pro-gun (Senator Saslaw supported this clarification
also. The vote was exactly the same as on Senator Stolle's silencer
bill):

Saslaw, Stolle, Quayle, Norment, Edwards, Reynolds, Cuccinelli,
Obenshain, McDougle, Deeds, Hurt

Senators voting anti-gun:

Marsh, Howell, Lucas, Puller
WOW -- Senator Saslaw vote right
