Let's face it, it is symbolic and will not stick. Now I fully support the action and let's hope it will stick, but unfortunately, interstate commerce isn't what they are using to regulate guns. It is a Federal registration process to ensure that Federal laws are applied before a gun can be sold by a Federally licensed dealer.
I sure wouldn't want to the the first FFL holder to try the new state law on for size to see what the feds would do.
BTW: It is you Federal Supremacy law, too, as it is in the US Constitution.

As far as Sheriffs and County lawyers go, they work for the people. Maybe they need to be reminded now and during the their next election.
