Let's face it, it is symbolic and will not stick. Now I fully support the action and let's hope it will stick, but unfortunately, interstate commerce isn't what they are using to regulate guns. It is a Federal registration process to ensure that Federal laws are applied before a gun can be sold by a Federally licensed dealer.
I sure wouldn't want to the the first FFL holder to try the new state law on for size to see what the feds would do.
BTW: It is you Federal Supremacy law, too, as it is in the US Constitution.

I just saw about 1045 pm, I have already sent several e-mails on the topic. I find it hard to believe, but it seems true for now. We will be working this issue. Not sure what moron or groups of morns dreamed this stuff up for Wyoming.
