Kansas recently changed our CCW laws to prohibit employers from allowing CCW permit holders from keeping their loaded firearms, locked, in their vehicle on company property. Glad to see Texas considering the same.

It does, but not on somone else's private property. That is still tresspassing if you violate their wishes, even with a CHL.

Property owner rights still trump your ability to carry. Probably always will except in the limited circumstances of employee parking lot, verse employee vehicle.
Just remember that shot placement is much more important with what you carry than how big a bang you get with each trigger pull.

If you work at a place that has a parking lot NOT open to the general public; your employer can either post at the entrance or state it in the employee S.O.P. manuel that no one can carry on the parking lot or building.
