It should be easy to post a link to a governement policy change or something factual.

I am not defending the current administration for any actions they have taken. But do date, I see no evidence of any assault on the RKBA.

I can dislike what I see in Washington, all branches of government, without standing on the street corner and crying that the sky is falling. Eventually, standing there crying about something that isn't happening will just simply get you ignored.

When there is something to cry about, most likely you will end up being ignored until it is too late. What have you accomplished then? This is what should be avoided.
    You don't get it.

One thing we need to remember about our current President he will use all his
power through backroom ways to keep his agenda going forward.Remember
223 brass shells being destroyed for scrap metal even though some companies
had contracts to buy them so they could sell to there reloading customers.Anyway enough constituents complained to the right senators this stupid rule was reversed and returned to what it was. This is how our President going after us until he thinks he can win big on gun control.Let's make him pay dearly every time he tries to do something stupid,

    I went with gullible.
One of the recent threads people were going crazy over was about how Canadian troops were going to police the U.S. There was all kinds of back and forth over it, but from what I saw it appeared I was the first one to actually read the agreement that had been signed. Item number three of that agreement explicitly said that this agreement did not cover law enforcement activities!
As far as the milsurp brass goes, do those accusing the President of causing this have any documentation that he was even aware of the policy change much less behind it? I am no fan of the current resident of the white house but he does deserve the same presumption of innocence that the rest of us citizens get doesn't he?
Yeah he appointed Holder, but congress had to confirm him. Even with Holder as his A/G there are still limits as to what they can do without the consent of congress.

This is exactly what I am refering to. Your statement doesn't hold water, and is incorrect. This quote is directly off of the NRA website.

DLA also put to rest various theories and rumors that were circulated on the internet, concerning the reason for the suspension. As DLA explained to Senators Baucus and tester, and to NRA-ILA, DoD officials responsible for the demilitarization of military property temporarily halted the release of the cartridge cases last week, pending review of a policy change issued last year by the Office of the Secretary of Defense, which, in the interest of national security, halted the sale of items within a broad category of government property including, but not limited to, surplus small arms cartridge cases.
That means whatever happened was under Bush's term.

Address Gun Violence in Cities: Obama and Biden would repeal the Tiahrt Amendment, which restricts the ability of local law enforcement to access important gun trace information, and give police officers across the nation the tools they need to solve gun crimes and fight the illegal arms trade. Obama and Biden also favor commonsense measures that respect the Second Amendment rights of gun owners, while keeping guns away from children and from criminals. They support closing the gun show loophole and making guns in this country childproof. They also support making the expired federal Assault Weapons Ban permanent.

Miggy, there are a whole bunch of things I am in favor of and support but that doesn't mean they are going to happen. Other than a policy statement and the news articles, none of which (at least that I have seen) identified the originating authority on the brass snafu, do you have evidence of what BHO has actually done?
Can anyone cite any executive order, memo, video clip, showing that he has actually done anything?

We're not bored...it's just that the pot of water is slowly heating...

Have you not heard of the frog in a pot of water?
Put it in boiling water and it jumps out. Make abrupt gun law changes and we all go nuts.

Put the frog in a pot of water and 'slowly' heat it up...he stays and cooks. The laws will change slowly...
We'll be cooking before we all know it.

Georgia Arms is in my hometown and is literally five minutes from my house. This was TRUE! I saw it on their website with my own eyes! This was big news around here. The hometown newspaper ran an article about it today. Georgia Arms was going to have to cut almost half of it's workforce due to the brass restrictions. However people complained and the brass restrictions were lifted.

I don't think we are bored, but President Obama, Eric Holder, and other liberal politicians must be watched with much skepticism.

PS. My little little Po-dunk town newspaper doesn't have a website but if you would like PM me your address and I'll mail you the clipped article so that you can read it.

All one has to do is look at obama's past voting record to see that he is a hard-left liberal. He also pushed for gun control on numerous occasions.

It's foolish to think obama has miraculously become a moderate.

He's as hard-left as they come.

Expect more socialist stupidity from this current administration. As others have posted, he won't do anything straight up.

He'll come in the back door like a snake.

This is sheer nonsense. Many of us are business owners, executives and have experience in managing large companies and wide ranging organizations. To think that a puppet like Obama is more qualfied in any degree is an insult to those who really do know how to manage and lead an organization.

None of us could do better? I suggest that my dog would do better.

How do you explain that gun laws throughout the nation are expanding in favor of the gun owner? More states have concealed carry laws, more states are shall issue, and the castle doctrine laws are prevalent. Further, the Court opinion in favor of Heller is roundly applauded as a monumental decision.

I think this is exactly what Farronwolf was addressing. The paranoia, especially after the election, is unfounded and makes us look rather foolish in light of reality and the facts.

Oh, the old elect a business man, run the government like a business routine.

Which business? Enron? WorldCom? AIG? Lehman Brothers? Citigroup? GM? Chrysler?

How about your business? Are you living on government R&D contracts? Free enterprise, my eye.

The last people I want anywhere near the government are the same
