    Now let me see...if I was in charge of the poll...and the results were biased by individuals that have no involvement, financially, residence, or family with said state and the results show more voters than people in all of said state...uh, I think it would become invalid and serve no purpose but to waste peoples time. Hence, when they attempt another poll, any poll, people may become bias on not even bothering.
