    state of mich.

    i fregent SOM - State of Michigan. qiute often and lately have noticed that
    for some reason i have'nt been able to login on mich. compiled laws
    section. does'nt say the website is down or anything like that.
    just curious if anyone has had any issuses with loggin on.
    (maybe our economy is so bad that there can't afford to update. ant feed back or info. would be great. thanks in advance.
