Under Montana Law, the Made in Montana guns and ammo are not allowed to leave Montana, the Made in Montana are sold and bought under that understanding. There is no wiggle room on this, it is black and white no grey area.

    Same here.
Does the marijuana statute provide the AG for your defense?

Not that it would matter in the long run but it is a good gesture.

    (from the TX bill)

Sec. 2003.006. ATTORNEY GENERAL. (a) The attorney general
shall defend a citizen of this state whom the federal government
attempts to prosecute, claiming the power to regulate interstate
commerce, for violation of a federal law concerning the
manufacture, sale, transfer, or possession of a firearm, a firearm
accessory, or ammunition manufactured and retained in this state.

That is where jury nullification should come into play. If it is an unjust law and congress ignores the will of the people the jury should step up.

    Ah...

Does that still save you from arrest, incarceration, having to bond yourself out and undergoing a trial?
