Unlikely. These folks are able to have many guns surrounding them in the form of armed guards - at the direct expense of the same public who they deny the basic right to defend themselves.

Textbook elitism is present in almost all anti-gun legislation. Fundamentally un-American.

It's too bad that some folks actually believe that if all the tools were taken away, we would have less crime. Of course, this would also mean that we would have to give up our kitchen knifes, baseball bats, candleholders, cars, yard tools, and other household items. Likewise, Steven King’s philosophy on humanity would no longer apply.

You left out that we would have to outlaw rocks of a size that could be picked up and thrown.

Maybe we should outlaw hands. After-all, they are used in almost every crime.

    One point.....

The county attorney cannot find a law to be consitutional. He can only offer an opinion as to the constitutionality of the proposed law. If the law is actually enacted, it will need to be challenged in the appropriate court. It seems likely that this one would be immediately challenged.

New York = the Latin term for " the land of the incredibly stupid politician

I defy any "law maker" to find a scientist that will confirm that this law will help solve ANY CRIME.

The other problem with this law is it will outlaw reloading? I'm kind of curious as to how they will regulate that???
