Huh...? Is this a real problem...? Is there a rash of people wearing unearned Purple Hearts in Tennessee...?The proposal would make it a misdemeanor to "wear or display any decoration or medal authorized by Congress for the armed forces of the United States ... with the intent to deceive or misrepresent to another."
