Local political campaign on VA concealed handguns in restaurants

Any of you Virginians here any of the radio spots put out by the Terry Mcaulliff campaign the last few days?

I caught about 30 seconds of it on my way back from lunch...
    Something to the effect of
and Terry Mcaulliff is against concealed handguns in bars
Problem is this kind of underhanded tactic is kind of like lying. Sure he might be against guns in bars, but what he's implying in VA is that he's against guns in restaurants in VA, because there are no "Bars" in VA.

Doesn't matter now, he lost the primary. I thought I read the winner, Deeds, would go for allowing CC in restaurants that serve alcohol, and I'm sure the repub candidate would go for that as well.
