Nobody can sell ammunition after June 30, 2009

Per the links below (new information to me, guess I missed something big).

My question, how did AZ (and a few other states I would have thought were more pro-gun) get on this list? Not surprised by California, Illinois, New Jersey, New York (and I would think WI, but not listed).

I'm thinking this will not pass in a number of the states listed, but I assume it will be the start of something bad.
