I know, maybe old news to most, but new to me. It is a mixed bag in comparison to the U.S., and sounds like a lot more registration.
I would not think twice about committing a personal offense against someone in swiss land... but here in my own country I can identify a sheep from a mile away and Im not even a criminal.
