    I'm not sure what the bill really gets you if you still have to abide by the laws of the state. To me that says I still can't carry in places that don't issue such as NJ.

    NJ does issue, in theory. It would allow carry in 48 states, with only IL and WI excepted.

    I like the snowball's chance in...fire. I think that's about accurate as to the chances of this becoming law
