this is years old and from pre-Heller SCOTUS rulling
It "gets" someone new every couple weeks and shows up in a thread here. USA Today's IT guy is rolling laughing every time they see the hits on their site I'm sure.
For fun, do a forum search for "USA today Poll" and you'll see how many times it shows back up here. I'm still trying to figure out why USA Today still has it up there except for a laugh.
