It is no scarier than the early 1990s were in my opinion; the difference now is the democrats know what a toxic issue gun control is, and they have set thier sights on other issues such as healthcare, which may eventually prove to be equally as toxic. Personally, I will get worried if we don't take back congress in 2010, because based on my information, that is when gun control is on the agenda, after the midterm elections.
That is why it is absolutely paramount that we keep the heat on, and take back our government in 2010; if we don't, or worse yet, hold on to their super majorities in both houses, they are going to do something that will give all the fringe nutcases out there a real voice, and then we will be in trouble. Serious trouble.....
