Prepare for the worst and hope it never happens

I used to travel to Chicago a lot when I was a driver, and whenever we would get dispatched out there, they would be sure to remind us that we can't have a gun in the truck at any time.
I never stayed the night or purchased anything in that state. I wish I could have boycotted the place altogether, along with California.

Uh, Ok, then why do I have to unload it and separate the ammo when in my car???? I hate IL. I have in-laws there and am sometimes forced to visit. IME the whole state pretty much sucks.
