For some reason the few signs I have seen in the valley only seem visible as you exit the establishment.
    :-)

A well known Arizona carry Author wrote me in response to my question of does a sign constitute constructive notice:

    "Sort of.
You must receive "constructive notice" which means provable in court.
A sign doesn't necessarily do that, leaves wiggle room.
So the place or event operator must come over and make sure you know,
and then if you fail to leave, you're in clear violation."

I am waiting to see the case law appear on this issue myself.

You see the signs all over in Missouri for no carry. I dont patrionize but I have noticed that some of the signs have come down. I dont understand why Arizona did this. You guys have had CCW for a while now and even more so, open carry is more widley accepted than in the St Louis area.

Complaining here about no-guns-allowed businesses doesn't help. Send letters, pass out cards, and email them and their bosses.

I have yet to see a restaurant that I have gone into with a sign up since the law took effect.

Pei Wei at 7th Street and Bell is not posted, this I know for sure.

I will definitely be keeping my eyes open.

No shootouts at any restaurant, and the law is a week old today!

    OK, over a week now.

    Any reported blood-bath?

Could the Chicken-Little reporters have been wrong?

I use the VCDL No guns = no $ card (a number of folk have posted were you can get a non-State specifies version).

Whenever, I have a receipt from somewhere else for a significant $ meal, write on it would have preferred to eat here but you don't want my business and hand it to the manager or mail it to them or send it to corporate.

fwiw, I saw this elsewhere and I had to chuckle:

"The management of this establishment assumes
TOTAL LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR SAFETY
    from criminal assailants
while you are on these premises

I'm printing it up today on sticker stock, and I'll be slapping a sticker on every "no guns" sign I encounter from here on out, just prior to walking back out the door. Let them think about THAT for a while. "
