OK....CC is allowed in school parking lots as long as you don't leave your car. I was discharged from the hospital on Monday and was driven to the polls on Tuesday, wearing my mask. An Officer of the Election saw me and flagged us down, and offered that if I would pull into a handicapped spot, they would bring me a ballot and I could vote from the car. So I got curbside service and didn't have to disarm to go inside.
So were you carrying on your person an affidavit from your physician or osteopath specifying the medical necessity for wearing the device and the date on which the wearing of the device will no longer be necessary and providing a brief description of the device -- or did you risk losing your CHP by committing a felony while carrying?

I'm just one root in a grassroots organization. No one should assume that I speak for the VCDL.

I am neither an attorney-at-law nor I do play one on television or on the internet. No one should assumes my opinion is legal advice.

I open carry daily, of course I like to jam a couple of guns into my pockets too! Don't mention the knives, few of them too.

None of the above. Medical/surgical/droplet precaution masks like I was wearing, that cover the lower nose, mouth and chin, but not the rest of the face and head, don't fall under this law and are exempt by § 18.2-422(ii). See my comments on the referenced thread.
