For the Californians
It's our responsibility to ensure that our rights are being protected. Don't just sit around crying about the loss of freedom, do something about it.

INVITATION TO MEET ASSEMBLYMAN CURT HAGMAN, AUTHOR OF AB1663 -- THE REPEAL OF AB962
Dear NRA Members:
The National Rifle Association is extremely active in California and can use your help to protect our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms. Learn how you can take part in the fight to protect our rights in California and Repeal AB962 (the Handgun Ammunition Sales Registration Bill) by helping us pass AB1663!
This is your invitation to meet ASSEMBLYMAN CURT HAGMAN and other NRA members in your area, on Saturday, January 30th, and discuss issues that affect the NRA and the firearms community in your area. We will be discussing current litigation and legislation, including the NRA’s efforts to protect local gun show venues, promote hunting/shooting/firearms safety, and also other NRA programs available in California. We will be hearing from interesting and informative guest speakers, including NRA’s California-based Staff, and also key volunteer leaders in the Inland Empire.
We hope you will take this opportunity to share your ideas, hear what’s happening in Sacramento, and find out what you can do to help support our Second Amendment rights. The meeting will take place at the Raahauge's Shooting Enterprises -- 14995 River Rd, Corona, CA 92880, at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, January 30th. This meeting is open to NRA members and is FREE to attend!
For more information about the meeting; call (951) 683-4672 or go to Calendar. This event is NOT a fundraiser, and is sponsored by the NRA Members Council of The Inland Empire.
For more information about becoming involved with the NRA in your community, go to California Members' Council Volunteer Form and fill-out the on-line form. If you don’t assist the NRA and help Assemblyman Curt Hagman’s efforts to repeal AB962, who will?
We look forward to seeing you at the meeting!

LS, to be sure, there are a lot of us calling, emailing, and otherwise contacting our legislators. (Those that don't accept email from non-constituents get regular postal mail). Thank you for posting the above.
