    Mississippi House Bill HB0298 originally authored by Speaker Billy McCoy has survived deadline in a Senate Appropriations committee as amended to incorporate changes to Mississippi Code for concealed carry of firearms and taser devices.

    This bill lifts restrictions on concealed carry in state parks to comply with the new National Park carry requirements and removes or limits restrictions in a number of other places. Thanks to Chairman Alan Nunnelee and members of Appropriations Committee (see below for names) for keeping it alive.

    i think the senate bill 2153 for concealed carry die if im looking at the right one

    There are actually two more that made it through the deadline. We are working to get at least one of those through.
