Anyone have any experience with the Tunderbolt series from Taurus?

They are pump-action "western" style rifles in .357 and .45LC with 26"barrels.

Gotta say Tank - I had never even given a thought to Taurus for long arms, at all!

What you refer to piques my interest I must say!

I think the problem is most of them aren't on the market yet. I too am very interested as there's not enough out there in the way of pump action rifles and .45 LC in a pump action rifle seems like a real winner.

I think 26" for .357 is probably too much though. I bet $1 that you aren't getting very much velocity out of the last 4 inches. But still it's a cool idea for a rifle.

yep new venture for Taurus. Personally I would wait till they are a proven design , as some of Taurus' line did need some after production re designs.
