As I mentioned in another thread, I've had both the Alessi Ankle Holster and the Galco Ankle Glove. Hands down Alessi is the best but pretty hard to get a hold of these days. The Galco is very good and comfortable.
The Galco can go over the boot's top (they make an extension) or you can wear it high above the boot.
