OK guys - you've got me here :for an "office casual" environment, I would have to admit that a "Smartcarry" would work, IF carried with the weapon in "condition three". (It would be kinda slow, however.)
Another option would be a pocket holster and an ankle rig. The pocket holster is great from a standing position, but inaccessable when crouching/sitting. An ankle rig is way too slow from a standing position, but super fast when seated or crouching. Together, they work very, very well.
Personally, I am not in favor of anything "tuckable". It is, IMHO, simply a gimmick. However, what works for one person does not necessarily work for another. Try a few differing approaches and see what works for you.
