All PP models can fire if dropped while the safety is disengaged. It's been that way forever.

I've had two Interarms ppk's discharge a round when the hammer was dropped using the decocker over the last 30 years. It's been fairly well established that that possibility exists on the PP series of pistols, though it's rare, it has happened enough to warrant not trusting the decocker.

I still carry a ppk with hammer down on a live round for a DA first shot without having to disengage the safety. I'll take my chances on dropping it and it firing.
