The only change made was fine tuning the trigger. It breaks at a average of 3.75 lbs. Everything else is stock. I ran a little over 500 rounds of 7 different loads (4 factory & 3 handloads) through it before I started carrying it everyday. I have not had any failures of any kind at all. I get groups at 25yards staying at or below 1.5\" when I do my part. I am planning on going to the range this weekend if the weather will allow and will post a couple of targets on Monday for you. I bought this one when I went to actually buy the GI model, but they were out of them. I got mine for a great price of $620.00, it has a suggested retail of about $980.00, we buy on average 3 or 4 guns a year from our local shop and he did this for me. The trade off was I did not get the extra mag or the ILS key for locking it. I picked up the 2 extra factory mags from Midway for $30.00 including shipping. The wife gave me the holster for Christmas. This is actually my first 1911 and I will say it won\'t be the last.

Not knowing about the model, did you do any work to it? Is that safety stock?? Looks real nice. How does she shoot? Maybe some pics of some targets would be nice as well.
