Seeing as how they have had the gun for about three weeks now...

After they played 20 questions with me instead of asking if they already had the gun or not, I was able to ask my question about how long it would take to get it back.

THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE REPLACEMENT PARTS YET!!

They "expect" to get the parts from their "supplier" sometime in the next two to three weeks, they hope. (I couldn't make this up if I tried)

I was told that they will then be able to make the appropriate repairs to 500 guns a day. (Anybody want to give me the over/under on that one?)

With any luck, the summer carry gun will be back in time for fall.
