Does anybody know of an OWB holster that will fit this combo, available in a reasonable time frame? Holster availability does not look to promising at this point.

I am using a Bianchi Minimalist (large size) that does ok, and a Uncle Mike's nylon IWB size 36. It actually fits the Uncle Mike's perfecty.
