I received my Dakota Defender for my G23 from Kevin last December and really enjoy the fit, comfort, and quality of workmanship. Last Thursday one of the kydex clips snapped (I am still not quite sure how) so I promptly picked up the phone and stated my dilemma. Within 5 minutes I was told that a new pair of clips would be sent out first thing Friday since my call was placed close to the end of the day. Sure enough, my clips were in my hand Saturday afternoon, less than 48 hours after my phone call. It is service like this, along with a quality product, that produces loyal customers and referrals.
