Some leo agencies will force you to wait the 30 days regardless of whether your CPL is done or not. I called Island County Sherriff about mine and the lady got all indignant and informed me I was on day 29!
She said she would "do me a favor" and check to see if was done, and then said that it was and I could come get it that afternoon.
