The county around Buffalo is Erie county, If the worst happens and
you have to move to NY head for the more rural counties near Erie, they are Chautauqua and Cattaragus. The rule of thumb is the more rural the faster it will happen and it will be issued unrestricted. Around Buffalo the county judges want to issue restrictions. The permit or license is good throughout the state except NYC. Leave your guns in Fl until license is issued no lic no handgun. Most ffl's will receive your guns for a fee once you have your lic carry wherever....John ps 6mo to 1 yr wait for lic.
