^Absolutely...I was not trying to connect the two...that just came to mind hearing this story.

And personally, I don't think it's the seller's responsibility to ensure that the buyer has full working knowledge of safety mechanims/basic handling knowledge.

Unless, of course, a buyer specifically asks for help...
