Its Amps that Kill, correct ..But when they all gauge in the 3ma range(which they do) then there is a definite difference in
felt performance and the quickness of effects between the lower and higher voltage models.
The surest way to tell is to get zapped by a few different voltage models(which will be around 3ma) and see if you can tell the diff ;)
